2. Digital Orders

To process a refund for a digital order, you must completely uninstall the software and verify that the license key has been deactivated from your machine. Once confirmed, your refund will be processed immediately.

3. Physical Orders

For orders containing a physical USB installation drive, the physical media must be returned to our facility before the refund is issued. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the media arrived defective.
